All services on one easy-to-read invoice
You will receive ONE online, easy-to-read invoice each month saving you time and paperwork. Paper bills are available if preferred.
ALERT
Detailed breakdowns of your invoice can be tailored to your needs. This unique billing system is known as ALERT and it also enables you to gain more management control over your telephone usage by setting parameters on unauthorised telephone use, for example, calls made after 7pm or lengthy calls. A designated person would then be immediately alerted by email of usage outside your parameters.
Existing infrastructure retained
We deal with your existing supplier such as BT, ensuring services such as 1471, caller ID etc are seamlessly transferred across and service levels are maintained.
Personal account manager
You are assigned a personal Account Manager. This enables you to have ONE point of contact for ALL your telephony needs. Therefore if there is a fault on the line, you need additional services or you have a query on your invoice there is simply one person to call.
